Groveheart Online, Bannerfall, Oversteel and Assault Front: Global have no separate account. Sign in with your Groot ID and the game connects by itself: no game password, nothing to link.

What Groot ID can and cannot do
Read-only by design
Groot ID only reads your game accounts. It cannot change your characters, items or balances; those stay with each game.
Linking never keeps your game password
Linking an account from your dashboard checks its game password once, with the game itself, and records only the account's id and name.
One Groot ID per game account
A game account belongs to one Groot ID. If someone else has claimed yours, linking is refused and support steps in.
Everything is on the record
Sign-ins, links and changes are logged with time and address, and you can see your own on the Security page.
Questions players ask
Do I need a Groot ID to play?
For Groveheart Online, Bannerfall, Oversteel and Assault Front: Global, yes: your Groot ID is how you sign in.
Is my Groot ID password the same as my game password?
No, and it should not be. They are separate accounts. A game password is only used once, to prove you own that game account, and it is never stored here.
Can I disconnect a game?
Games you sign in to with your Groot ID (Groveheart Online, Bannerfall, Oversteel and Assault Front: Global) are part of it and stay connected. If one is linked by mistake, contact support.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. Reset links go to a confirmed email address, so confirm yours on the Security page while you can still sign in.
Where does my CELL balance come from?
From the QSDM network, read against the wallet you proved you own. Groot Games never holds a private key.
My game account uses a very old password format.
Those accounts cannot be checked safely, so linking is refused. Change the password in the game once, then link.
