Submit a ticket

Tickets are attached to your Groot ID. That is how we confirm the account is yours before touching characters, currencies or CELL, and how you get the reply back.

Locked out completely? Ask in our Discord (groot-id-help) and a moderator can raise a ticket on your behalf.

What to expect

We aim to answer every ticket within 24 hours. Account recovery and payment problems jump the queue.

The whole conversation stays on the ticket. You will see the reply on your dashboard, and the ticket reopens automatically if you write back after we have marked it resolved.

We will never ask for your password

No member of staff needs it, on a ticket or anywhere else. If someone asks, they are not us. You can change yours any time from your Security page.
